In high school, I had a car and I had to pay for my gas.
I had some money from an after-school job, but I didn’t like to spend my money on gas. I’d rather spend it on food and concert tickets.
But I didn’t have much savings, so I’d have to make sure all the money could last.
I usually only filled up my tank with a few gallons. 10 dollars here and there.
You can probably guess what happened next.
My car ran out of gas. My tank went dry. A lot. I had to call my parents or find a friend to come get me.
Writing online can feel similar to that.
You fill up on energy or a brand-new activity, but then that repetition and consistency fade.
No more ideas.
