I use Notion for personal work and Tettra for my work documents, but I tried to make these tips universal for whatever tools you’re using.

In Notion, for example, you can create multi-level tags, allowing for a nuanced categorization system. This approach transforms your digital notes into a well-organized knowledge repository.

Real-world example: Imagine you’re studying literature. Your tags could include “Shakespeare” and “Macbeth,” with the latter being a sub-tag of the former.

This structure enables you to quickly access all notes related to Shakespearean works or specifically to Macbeth.
